Owner Courtney Van Etten has been in the training field for over 8 years. She has since relocated from San Francisco.

 

She focuses on individual needs and her specialties include, postural therapy, nutritional counseling, one on one personal training, small group personal training, small group mat Pilates and sports yoga classes. 

 

Her belief is that we must first work on posture and take care of any chronic pain before we can push the body towards our fitness goals.  She believes in balance and claims being healthy is not just for the moment but should be a process through our lives.
